Services
TempleDiary Solutions provides paid temple websites, bilingual content support, admin panels, heritage record publishing, hosting support, and TempleDiary TMS software enquiries and setup services. The main templediary.in platform may also provide a separate free community-based temple listing for basic public discovery.
Free Listings and Paid Websites
A free community listing on templediary.in is requested through the temple submission form and is limited to basic temple discovery information. It does not include dedicated website design, paid hosting, custom domain setup, admin panel access, annual editing support, software access, or guaranteed service timelines. Paid website and hosting plans are separate TempleDiary Solutions services and will be confirmed by quotation or plan selection.
Content Responsibility
The temple, committee, trust, or authorised representative is responsible for confirming that submitted history, images, contact details, deity information, festival details, and financial information are accurate and approved for use.
Payments and Delivery
Project scope, price, payment schedule, hosting cost, update fees, and delivery timeline will be confirmed before work begins. Paid work starts after the agreed advance or full payment is received.
Revisions and Updates
Free revision periods apply according to the selected plan. After the free correction period, additional content, design, or workflow changes may be charged as update work.
Hosting and Domains
Paid temple websites may be hosted under a TempleDiary subdomain or a custom domain depending on the selected plan. Domain renewals, hosting renewals, and third-party service charges are the responsibility of the customer unless separately agreed. Free community listings do not create a right to paid hosting, a dedicated subdomain, or a custom domain.
TempleDiary TMS
TempleDiary TMS is intended for temple management and accounting assistance. Temples should review reports with their accountant, auditor, or authorised financial advisor before statutory filing or formal submission.
